Overview:

We are seeking a skilled BIM Specialist to support our UK and European projects, with a focus on LOD 350 and above modelling. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, posses a strong understanding of BIM coordination workflows, and have experience in working with central models and Revit family creation.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop detailed BIM models at LOD 350+ across various architectural and MEP disciplines.
Coordinate with UK/European teams on model updates and clash resolutions.
Create and manage parametric Revit families and maintain BIM standard.
Work in a shared model environment (Central Model) ensuring accuracy and version control.
Use BIM plug-ins (e.g. Enscape, Navisworks, Dynamo, BIM 360) for enhanced workflows.
Deliver outputs with high accuracy, adhering to international BIM protocols.

Preferred Skills & Experience:

3-5 years of BIM modeling experience (especially Revit)
Strong grasp of UK BIM standards and project delivery frameworks.
Familiarity with clash detection and coordination work ethic.
Proactive, deadline-driven, and collaborative work ethic.
Experience working with international teams is a plus.
