Overview:

We are looking for few design-sensitive and detail-oriented Interior Draftsman with strong coordination abilities to support our luxury residential and club interior projects. This role requires technical drafting excellence, a creative flair, and the confidence to engage in site and client-facing responsibilities. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Develop detailed CAD drawings and documentation sets for high-end interiors.

• Create and edit SketchUp models and Photoshop-rendered visuals for presentations.

• Prepare working drawings, joinery details, and material layouts.

• Coordinate with consultants, vendors, and site teams for accurate execution. 

• Assist in site supervision, ensuring adherence to design intent and quality standards.

• Participate in client presentations and communicate design concepts effectively.

• Contribute to project timelines with a proactive and organized approach. 

Preferred Skills & Experience: 

• Minimum 2 years of experience with a reputed interior design firm. 

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUP, and Adobe Photoshop.

• Strong knowledge of interior detailing, material specification, and drawing standards.

• Experience in site coordination and client-facing roles.

• Good design sensibility and ability to translate concepts into visuals.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
