Overview:

The HR Manager will be responsible for managing the complete HR function for the Gurugram studio, partnering closely with leadership and project teams. The role will focus on performance excellence, KRA/goal-setting, employee engagement, talent acquisition, HR policies, employee relations, statutory compliance, compensation, and HR systems.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Develop HR strategies aligned with business goals and organisational growth.

• Implement structured KRA, performance management, appraisal and talent development processes.

• Drive employee engagement, culture building, feedback and employee experience initiatives.

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical, managerial and corporate positions.

• Oversee HR operations, payroll, compensation, compliance and statutory requirements.

• Manage employee relations, HR technology, analytics, dashboards and workforce reporting.

Preferred Skills & Experience: 

• 6–10 years of experience in HR Operations, Performance Management, KRA frameworks and Indian labour compliance.

• Strong expertise in Talent Acquisition, Employee Engagement, Culture Building and Stakeholder Management.

• Sound knowledge of Compensation, Payroll, HR Analytics, Excel and data-driven HR practices.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills with strong confidentiality and integrity.

• Proven ability to work independently and effectively partner with senior leadership.
