Overview:
We are looking for few CAD Technologist who excels in architectural detailing and technical drafting, especially in façade and interior works. As part of Studio Sonrai's dynamic team, you will produce precise CAD drawings and support the delivery of design and construction documentation across diverse international projects.
Key Responsibilities:

Prepare detailed and accurate CAD drawings for architectural, interior.

Work closely with architects and engineers to translate design intent into technical documentation.

Ensure all drawings comply with company and project standards for layering, dimensioning, and notation.

Assist in coordinating drawing sets across disciplines and incorporating feedback from design reviews.

Maintain and manage drawing files, revisions, and project documentation workflows

Collaborate with BIM specialists to ensure consistency between CAD and BIM outputs
Preferred Skills & Experience:
-
Diploma or Degree in Architecture.

2–5 years of experience in architecture, facade drafting using AutoCAD
-
High-level proficiency in AutoCAD.

Knowledge of Rhino and SketchUp is plus.

Strong understanding of construction detailing, façade systems, and technical drawings
-
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to drawing accuracy
-
Experience with international design standards or exposure to global projects is a plus
-
Organized, proactive, and reliable in managing deadlines and deliverables
