Overview:
We are seeking a BIM Architect experienced in Bentley OpenBuildings Designer, ProjectWise, and COBie data integration to support digital design, coordination, and asset information delivery across architectural & Internal projects. The role involves developing accurate BIM models, managing workflows in ProjectWise, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, and delivering COBie-compliant data according to project standards.
Key Responsibilities:

Produce detailed BIM models and documentation using OpenBuildings Designer.

Manage model sharing, versioning, and document workflows within the ProjectWise CDE.

Coordinate federated models with structural, MEP, and specialist consultants, resolving design issues.

Integrate and validate COBie data for spaces, systems, and components to meet asset information requirements.

Generate drawings, schedules, details and BIM deliverables aligned with project procedures and ISO 19650 standards.

Maintain BIM templates, libraries, and model quality through regular audits and QA/QC checks.

Provide BIM guidance and support to team members and assist in implementing project-specific BIM Execution Plans.
Preferred Skills & Experience:

Degree in Architecture or related discipline.

2 to 4 years experience with OpenBuildings Designer, ProjectWise, and COBie workflows.

Good understanding of BIM standards, digital collaboration, and coordinated model delivery.

Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
